What Praise Dance Means to Me
Through praise dancing I have overcome, I see a stronger better and amazing woman of color.
I have overcome
A heart murmur, stroke, heart attack, bullying, suicide attempts, family issues, and I am still here. Thanks to God I am here.
I've got a name
Shanique: This means "gracious"
Shantel: This means "stone"
When I was born I weighed 5 lbs and 9 oz.
