Red Roses

As the sun rises

She lets her smile grace her skin

Happy to begin

The moon shone above

and she starred, loving the glow

she said, what a beau

She watched from above

the breeze flowing gas he ran

the tears pouring down

Crowley Carter

A dark cloud of rain

The sweet smell of Petrichor

The goosebumps on your arm

The red roses and

weeping Wisteria trees

both meaningful and remind me of you

Don't know what to write

I never wrote a haiku

Hope I did this right

Fatima Abdirizak

Don't let them see you
falling into the abyss
of your sorrow thoughts

Her fingers gently
making their way around me
don't move she whispers

Her fingers sink in
slowly into my thick flesh
I want to scream, shout

Rae Concha

White Lily

Never good with crowds
Tend to automatically shut down
Guess it's time to change

Brown face, body brace
Color makes me suffocate
“I can’t breathe” again

I'm happy not sad
Doesnt wanna cry, wanna laugh
Tears or teeth? Or both.
Betu Denebo

The world within me
The wonder of my dreams
Steal my sorrowful Reality

I love olive garden:
Olive garden my love
Your soups and breadsticks give life
My wallet feels sad

Art:
Ink brushes paper
the creation comes to life
artist in motion
Henry Hun

Voices heard in the wind,

whispers in my way,

go away, disappear.

Moon rises, Sunsets, Existence, Universe, Peace, Freedom pleads for me.

Nature blooms freely,

wind taps the rain,

silence is deadly, free me, please.

Full Moon
Snowy Mountain Sunset

I began the day
Awake and ready
To fight the bad habits

Work in the summer
is like an unwanted day
I desire break now

Sunshine in the sky
birds making their sound outside
smile on my face; calm

Muno (Muna) Mohammed

My thoughts will follow
Follow you into your dreams
Muguet des bois

Staring at the roof
For far past it are the stars
Gazing at the roof

Hikikomori
Go to sleep, back to your dreams
We will meet there soon

Cedric Mayo

colorful flowers

Just Us:

Bright stars in the sky

Let's sit and watch them fly by

Sharing this moment

Dream State:

I try not to think

About what life has to bring

So I live in dreams

Moving:

I want to stay here

Watching my things disappear

Home no longer near

Maia Roundtree

1: Washington rain:
The rain falls slowly
Hits like sharp needles on ski
No pain, just cold rain

 2: My [Burmese] Brunch
Fresh green tea served
Ekya kway as the main dish
My quick easy brunch

Haiku 3:
My eyes are heavy
I close them for a “quick” rest
Seven hours now pass

Kyi Oo

Rock Balancing

The quiet whispers

at night taunts me to this day.

it's time to wake up.

Her eyes full of love.

her laughter fills me with joy.

I fallen for her.

The smell of clean air

is brushed against my very nose

I’m breathing again
