If we took a leap to the future, what would you think you may see? Flying cars, clean ecosystems, no fossil fuel use, medicine (for every disease), and more. All of these were invented by a famous married couple, Michelle and David Wilson. They are everybody’s idol, everyone loves them. But one of their dearest friends betrayed them. His name was Robert. Robert was actually best friends with David, they grew up together, almost felt like he was his brother. Did everything together because they both didn’t have any siblings, neighbors, their parents work all day, barely get to see their parents. So, they had each other and only each other. Never got along with other students and if they had a fight or argument with one, they would always back each other up. Went to the same school all the way through, studied everything the same. Whatever David wanted, Robert wanted it too and Robert did, David did too. Until... one day, David saw Michelle. He was deeply in love with her, everywhere he thought she would be he would go there.

 

Apparently, she is studying biochemistry and pharmacological measurements to become a pharmacist. He was studying engineering, then switched his classes into biochemistry and pharmacological measurements too. David completely forgets that Robert exists. He didn’t tell Robert that he would switch classes. Robert was angry, jealous, sad, depressed. So, one day, he decided to follow David. To figure out why he was acting so different and distant lately. Robert didn’t know anything. He thought he did something wrong. As Robert followed David around, he noticed that he was staring at a girl. How come he didn’t tell me? Thought Robert to himself. Then she finally went to the bathroom, well obviously David couldn’t follow her into the girl’s bathroom. Robert calmed himself down and wanted to do everything to protect and support David. He went up to him, and said, “What are you doing next to the girl’s bathroom? Why haven’t you talked to me? Where have you been? Why aren’t you in class anymore? ”David saw Robert, and nervously said, “Hey Robert, how are you?”

 

Stop playing around with me and answer my question, like now,” says Robert aggressively “I’m so sorry, I should have told you. I switched my classes, I finally decided what I want to do. I want to become a pharmacist – “Sorry, to interrupt but I heard that you wanted to become a pharmacist,” says Michelle. “Yeah, I do,” said David. Before Michelle could even respond to David, Robert jumped ahead and said, “Now since when were you into that science-y stuff. We agreed to become engineers together.” “But that's what you wanted to do. I didn’t know what to do, so I followed along,” answers David. As the two best friends kept arguing, Michelle slowly walked away from the scene. She felt so weird and awkward that she was standing in between two strangers arguing. Once Robert noticed that she left, he grabbed David's shirt and said angrily, “Is she the reason? Do you like her?”

David couldn’t look at Robert’s eye. David felt so bad, how he treated him. I was so carried away by a girl, I completely forgot my own brother. I was being such a bad friend.

 

David thought to himself .“Hey, hey look at me. Don’t need to feel bad. You're my best friend, my brother and I want to support you in every way possible. Even if it means being with that girl, if that makes you happy,” says Robert. “I’m so sorry, thank you so much,” says David. “No need to worry, David. You got a little carried away and that’s all,” responds Robert. “Do you know her name?” asked Robert“ Her name is Michelle, yeah,” answered David. “Michelle Wilson, hmm that’s kinda nice,” whispers Robert, to himself. “What did you say,” says David. “Oh nothing,” says Robert. “Have you ever spoken to her, like a full-on conversation,” asked Robert. “Actually, today I was about to but she – David looks around. “Where is she, where did she go,” asked David. “She left a long time ago. But that’s not the point right now. I need you to push out of your comfort zone, go talk to her.

 

Apologize for today and ask if you could make it up to her. Or ask how her day was, give her full attention, don’t anything distract you. I’m guessing you have class with her. Since that’s the case, you have a better chance of talking to her. Ask to study with her, compliment her, girls love that.” Robert informs David. David does everything Robert said. They became so close; they did everything together. Michelle eventually develops feelings for David and David sees that, their chemistry grows stronger. Fast forward => =>Wedding Day...As Michelle walks down the aisle with her father. Robert, David’s best man and only grooms’ mate, shrugs, and whispers to David, “This is really important for both of you, I’m so happy for you too.” David doesn’t hear anything, he’s too focused on his beautiful and amazing soon to be bride. And that’s when it hit Robert that David will no longer need his help or need a brother. After the wedding, Robert left and never spoke to David again.

 

Like David even noticed his brother was long gone. Michelle took David’s last name and officially became Michelle Wilson, wife of David Wilson. They became inventors with David’s past engineering skills and both of their excellent pharmacy minds. They realized they could make a change in the world and develop a better future with amazing and planet safe items. They were well known, and everyone loved them, except Robert.

He knew everything about them. Knowing where they'll be on their anniversary, the university. Sirens going off. “We have an accident at NYU, two people seem to be unconscious.”
